Dymax's Dr. Nebioglu Presented Research at IPC APEX Expo

Dymax Corporation is proud of the participation of its Senior R&D Manager of the Adhesives team, Dr. Aysegul Kascatan Nebioglu at the IPC/ APEX Expo 2017 that took place on February 14 to 17 in San Diego, California. Dr. Nebioglu’s technical presentation, “UV Broad Spectrum & LED Curable 100% Solids Very Low Viscosity Conformal Coating”, was held on Thursday, February 16, at 10:30 a.m., as part of the Technical Conference, Conformal Coatings.
Dr. Neblioglu reviewed development of 20 cP viscosity 100% solids UV/ LED-curable conformal coating for very thin conformal coating applications. Her presentation expanded on this knowledge by discussing performance in reliability tests such as heat and humidity resistance (500 hours at 85oC / 85 % relative humidity), and corrosion resistance (flowers of sulfur resistance and salt spray resistance).
