February 23, 2017 | Creative Materials, Inc.Estimated reading time: 1 minute
Creative Materials, Ayer, Massachusetts has introduced a new product line that is designed to be dispensed with Aerosol Jet processing equipment such as the Optomec® Aerosol Jet Systems. The benefits of printing with this system include non-contact printing, fine lines down to 100 um, rapid prototyping, and continuous beam printing. The first two products that we have commercialized are listed below:
127-29 is a silver die-attach adhesive with excellent adhesion to polycarbonate, polyester, polyimide, glass, ABS, polyamide, with resistivity of <0.00006 ohm-cm and die shear strength of 32 N/square mm.
127-30 is a stretchable silver conductive ink with excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces including: silicone, PTFE, TPU, polyimide, polyester and glass. This product has low hysteresis during flexing, can be elongated up to 50% without losing its conductivity, and has excellent resistance to environmental extremes.
