Incap Gearing Up for Growth
April 5, 2017 | IncapEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Incap's factory in Kuressaare, Estonia, has significantly increased its production volumes and business last year, and has been continuously investing in production capacity.
“We just took into use a new SMT line with the latest technology. This will enable us further to develop our flexible services and agile custom solutions to both our existing and new customers,” says Otto Pukk, Managing Director of Incap Estonia.
In connection with her visit to Saaremaa, Estonian Minister of Entrepreneurship and Information Technology Urve Palo also visited the factory of Incap. Minister Palo said that she is very happy to see that there are high-tech companies like Incap, who are operating in Estonia on a long-term basis and utilizing the technical advancements on the market for increased competitive edge.
Along with the growing production volumes, Incap is also employing new staff to the factory.
“It is great to see that Incap’s role as an important employer on Saaremaa keeps growing. The company, which almost doubled its staff last year, has dozens of vacancies available today. This is a clear sign that difficult times are in the past for the factory that has been operating on Saaremaa for 17 years,” says Madis Kallas, Mayor of Kuressaare.
