Techcon Systems Launches New High Throughput Dispense Pump

Techcon Systems, a product group of OK International and a leading provider of fluid dispensing systems and products, is pleased to announce the launch of its new Positive Displacement PC Pump – TS8100-200. The TS8100 PC pump series will have many configurations. Techcon launched the smallest configuration – TS8100-100 – in October. The TS8100-200 is the second version with higher output.
Can La, Product Manager, Techcon Systems, commented: “The TS8100-200 PC pump is a best choice for applications that require high throughput and tight dispensing output repeatability. The pump can dispense 3.38ml/minute with repeatability of ± 1 percent.
The TS8100 Series Positive Displacement Pump is designed to dispense a wide range of fluids, from low viscosity coatings to high viscosity greases. Typical applications include under filling PCBA components, encapsulation and potting applications, applying lubrication on automotive parts, and dispensing pastes and flux.
Techcon’s PC Pump uses a special stator and rotor design to provide consistent dispensing output. The turning rotor on the TS8100 moves the fluid in tightly sealed cavities through the stator’s fluid chambers to create a volumetric fluid flow that does not change the shape or size of the fluid. Due to the PC pump’s unique dispensing technology, accuracy and repeatability of ± 1 percent is achievable.
