Lord Adds Ellsworth Adhesives to Its Electronic Materials Distribution Team

Lord Corp., a global leader in developing structural adhesives and electronic materials for diverse markets, has announced that Ellsworth Adhesives will now sell its electronic materials product line.
A distributor of LORD structural adhesives since 1982, Ellsworth Adhesives is a global corporation with more than 40 years of experience providing adhesive solutions to a wide variety of industrial markets. According to Matt Ryan, sales and distribution manager at Lord, Ellsworth Adhesives is already a well-respected distributor in the electronics and electrical markets.
“As one of our leading award-winning distributors, Ellsworth Adhesives also has extensive experience in the electronic materials markets,” said Ryan. “We are excited about their team further expanding their efforts with our product lines.”
Lord specializes in developing world-class thermal management solutions for demanding applications. Product lines include potting and encapsulation materials, adhesives, gap fillers, gels and greases, as well as solutions spanning various chemistries (silicones, epoxies, acrylics, and urethanes).
Ellsworth Adhesives will continue to distribute Lord’s extensive line of acrylic, epoxy and urethane adhesives designed to improve appearance, strength and durability, while offering design flexibility and total cost savings. Compared to traditional fastening methods such as rivets, welds and tapes, Lord structural adhesives eliminate the costs associated with metal preparation and finishing operations and are formulated to improve manufacturing processes and final products for a variety of composite, metal and plastic assemblies.
Roger Lee, global president of Ellsworth Adhesives Specialty Chemical Distribution, stated that Ellsworth Adhesives has a long history and strong global partnership with Lord.
