Alpha Assembly Solutions will exhibit at FIEE 2017, taking place July 25–28 at the São Paulo Expo Exhibition and Convention Center in São Paulo, Brazil. Alpha will feature its new Material Set Combinations as part of its effort to bring customers innovative products for greater reliability.
The Material Set Combinations include paste, tacky flux, cored wire, and wave soldering flux that are tested with one another to achieve greater reliability.
