KIC Appoints Ryan Wilshusen Engineering Manager

KIC has appointed Ryan Wilshusen as its engineering manager. Wilshusen joins the company with more than 16 years of experience as an electrical engineer with respected companies, such as HP, and various industries, including medical, industrial, aviation and consumer.
An accomplished, experienced engineering executive, Wilshusen brings a solid background in product design, development and manufacturing, and a firm grasp of developing solutions for high and low volumes within cost constraints. He has strong management capabilities with a consistent track record of anticipating consequences of new designs, initiating solutions, and completing specifications on the first attempt.
Wilshusen is detail-driven with outstanding communication skills and proven success of managing up and down, and interfacing with peers, customers and third-party vendors. He is technically capable of electrical, mechanical, software and test architecture, design, and review. Wilshusen holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California.
