Acculogic Offers Production Board Test Systems for the Automotive Industry

Acculogic Inc. will exhibit at the Automotive Testing Expo, scheduled to take place Oct. 24-26, 2017 at the the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan. At Booth 13006, the company will feature the Scorpion BRiZ and a Battery Array Tester.
Manufacturers in the automotive industry can meet their quality and time to market objectives with Acculogic’s production board test systems. The company’s functional & in-circuit test platforms can be automated and integrated into existing production lines or operated manually as stand-alone systems. Acculogic test systems can be used for a wide range of automotive ECU test requirements, including enfotainment, radio & GPS; collision avoidance and radar; EV battery; driving assistance systems, and dashboard electronics.
The Scorpion BRiZ is a unified automated test and validation platform that can consolidate any variety of circuit board test and programming application into a single, compact, low cost test station. The inline, scalable system features a reusable test fixture base, and it can be engineered for any R&D or test requirement, including analog; digital (boundary scan /JTAG); power; and conformance testing of LTE/LTE-A, Bluetooth, WLAN and GPS.
Acculogic has developed a novel way to test the wire bonds in battery arrays using its robotic test platform. With a marked increase in demand for batteries on the horizon, such as for electric vehicles (EVs), mobile energy storage, solar power, and energy-efficient homes, the company is paving the way for large-scale, high-speed battery array testing.
