December 21, 2017 | Vitronics SoltecEstimated reading time: 1 minute
ITW EAE, the electronic assembly equipment division of Illinois Tool Works, has inked a new partnership agreement with MarTec Incorporated to represent and distribute Vitronics Soltec soldering equipment beginning January 1, 2018 for the territory of Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Tennessee. This agreement is an expansion of MarTec’s representation of ITW EAE’s product line which already included MPM printers, Camalot dispensers, and Electrovert soldering and cleaning equipment.
“MarTec has provided excellent representation for MPM, Camalot and Electrovert which were formerly part of Speedline Technologies,” said John Fanning, ITW EAE Sales Director. “As we were looking to consolidate the Speedline and Vitronics Soltec sales channel, we felt that MarTec would be best able to provide our Vitronics Soltec customers the first class, highly trained and technically experienced sales and support needed to grow our market in this territory.”
“Vitronics Soltec is one of the pioneers in soldering technology and has a reputation for high quality equipment,” said Bill Harp, President of MarTec. “We are excited to add this full-line of cutting-edge technology to our customers.”
