Vitronics Soltec Soldering Equipment to be Represented by AMTI
January 3, 2018 | Vitronics SoltecEstimated reading time: 1 minute
ITW EAE announces a new partnership agreement with Applied Manufacturing Technologies, Inc. (AMTI) to represent and distribute Vitronics Soltec soldering equipment beginning January 1, 2018 in Utah, Wyoming and Colorado. This agreement is an expansion of AMTI’s representation of ITW EAE’s product line which already included MPM printers, Camalot dispensers, and Electrovert soldering and cleaning equipment.
“AMTI has provided superior representation for MPM, Camalot and Electrovert which were formerly part of Speedline Technologies,” said John Fanning, ITW EAE Sales Director. “With the integration of Speedline and Vitronics Soltec under ITW EAE we are confident that AMTI’s experienced sales force will represent our Vitronics Soltec soldering equipment with a high level of service.”
AMTI was incorporated in 1983 by Jeff Howe. The company focuses on helping customers choose the correct capital equipment and process materials for their PCB assembly requirements. AMTI is ready to serve their customers whenever there is a change in technology or when additional capacity or replacement of older equipment is needed.
“Prior to starting this business I worked as a factory sales representative for Dee Electric and Electrovert. The next step was working for Arrowhead Sales the Electrovert representative covering the Rocky Mountain West. The retirement of the owner at Arrowhead allowed me to start AMTI,” said Jeff Howe, President of AMTI. “We are very excited to represent the complete portfolio of ITW EAE’s Industry leading products.”
