MacDermid and Hitachi-Chemical Begin Dry Film Slitting Operations in Wantage, UK Facility

MacDermid Enthone Electronics Solutions (MEES) and its partner Hitachi-Chemical began production of their new dry film slitting facilities in Wantage, UK. The new facility, an exact copy of the former, allows MEES to maintain service to its dry film customers while also being centrally located with its chemical manufacturing site.
Joe D’Ambrisi, Vice President, MacDermid Enthone Electronics Solutions remarked, “This change in our supply chains, coupled with our dedication to supply high quality Hitachi-Chemical dry film, shows our firm’s commitment to providing the highest level of efficiency and service in every market that we serve.”
Mr. Kudo, Senior Vice President of Hitachi-Chemical officiated the opening with a commemorative plaque to mark the occasion. Hitachi-Chemical has been partnered with MEES in Europe for dry film photoresist since 1985.
