After a brief departure from the industry and the company, Malboeuf is excited to be back leading DDM Novastar's business development, channel management and market support strategies, as the company's vice president of global sales.
Malboeuf brings 34 years of customer support and sales management experience, successfully building sustaining value-add relationships with numerous clients in the semiconductor, electronics, telecom, medical device, and appliance industries.
Malboeuf and team are responsible for expanding DDM Novastar's long-standing work in collaborative design, development, and manufacturing to best serve our customers' current and future needs.

Particularly in the thermal management of power electronics components, pores can cause so-called hotspots with higher temperatures due to their poor heat conduction. These hotspots can lead to overheating of the components on the one hand and to thermally induced destruction of the solder structure on the other.
