Stadium to Display HMI technologies at Aircraft Interiors Expo Hamburg

Stadium Group, a leading supplier of IoT connectivity solutions, power products, human machine interface (HMI) solutions and electronics assemblies, will exhibit at the Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg, from 10-12 April 2018, showcasing technologies for the defense and aviation sectors developed by the company’s HMI division, Stadium IGT. These design-led interface technologies include passenger control units (PCUs), HMIs, signage and lighting solutions incorporating capacitive touchscreens, capacitive switch control panels, thin-film backlighting using LED illumination, and traditional membrane keypads.
In Hamburg, Stadium IGT will show examples of cabin signage, and a seat-numbering system featuring the company’s patented thin-film backlighting, which is lightweight and space-saving, making it ideal for cabin control panel applications. A working PCU and various examples of backlit capacitive panels will also be on display, together with samples of cabin mood lights currently being developed. Full component traceability is assured from Stadium’s SC21 accredited facility in the UK.
Stadium IGT is a trusted partner in the Aircraft Interiors sector, providing design and manufacturing solutions and certified products currently flying with most major airlines on Boeing, Airbus and Bombardier.
Stadium IGT will be exhibiting at Stand 2U60 alongside the ADS Group, the trade organisation for companies operating in the UK aerospace, defence, security and space sectors. Stadium IGT announced its membership of ADS in May 2017.
