Vi TECHNOLOGY's Tarak Charfi will present “Preservation of the quality seal ‘Made in Germany’ through optimized processes in smart factories” during the 6th annual InnovationsFORUM Germany on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Kongresshall in Böblingen, Germany.
As Vi TECHNOLOGY’s European Sales Director, Charfi will discuss how German production is synonymous with quality and know-how. We all know keywords such as: Industry 4.0, Smart Factory and Zero Defect Line. Today, only few companies have concrete approaches to the implementation of these topics, but this is essential for the preservation of the production in Germany.
Charfi will discuss approaches that companies can easily implement in their production processes to optimize quality and start the way to Industry 4.0.

Since then, much has happened in terms of geopolitics and in the development and re-envisioning of sustainability policies in the industry. While the European Commission has released several legislative packages to simplify sustainability requirements (“omnibus”), these developments haven’t yet settled and are not in effect. Given the many recent and ongoing public consultations, with often conflicting input from a broad range of stakeholders, final negotiations remain rather polarized among policymakers.
