Lincoln International’s EMS Stock Index Underperforms S&P

The overall EMS Index by Lincoln International posted a 5.1% decrease from last quarter—with the large index falling by 5.8%; the mid index, down 2%; and the small index shedding the most, at 8%.
The winner’s circle includes Jabil Inc. (Tier 1), which posted a 9.4% share price gain; Benchmark Electronics Inc. (Tier 2), up by 2.6%; and SMTC Corp. (Tier 3), which jumped by 20.1%.
The worst performers include Sanmina Corp. (Tier 1), -20.8%; Kimball Electronics (Tier 2), -11.5%; and the biggest decliner, SigmaTron International Inc. (Tier 3), which dropped by 42.7%.
