Ryder Industries Appoints Kingslea Chan as VP of Sales & Marketing
May 21, 2018 | Ryder Industries Ltd.Estimated reading time: 2 minutes

Ryder Industries announces the appointment of Kingslea Chan as the company’s vice president of Sales and Marketing.
Chan brings over 18 years of EMS experience in sales, marketing, business development and program management within an operational environment.
Henry Wu, CEO, Ryder Industries commented; “We recognize the value that strategic sales and marketing brings to an organization, which is why we have made such a serious commitment to finding the right person to take Ryder Industries to the next level. Kingslea’s contacts and experience in both large and mid-size EMS markets make him the perfect addition to manage the next stage in our sales growth."
Chan is equally excited to join the Ryder team.
“Ryder Industries is well known in China for its Swiss management style instituted by Founder and Chair Eric Winkler, and this breeds a culture of process and precision. This, combined with Ryder’s manufacturing capability to scale production in accordance with our original equipment manufacturing (OEM) demand planning, means we have a uniquely capable solution that I feel differentiates Ryder Industries within the markets we serve.
“I have been brought into Ryder to deliver growth not just in the industries where we already dominate and enjoy successful relationships, for example, in audio equipment, but to also generate new business in high growth segments, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, consumer and industrial. Ryder’s vision is to expand its reach and penetration levels even further into new territories across the US, Canada, and Europe and I look forward to working with my colleagues to make that a reality.
“Ryder Industries is a fantastic company, with so many talented engineers and operations professionals, each with diverse areas of expertise. This means that Ryder always has something special to offer every type of customer, across the world.
“My challenge will be to tie that thinking together, to make the strategic decisions that will lead the company to the next stage, so that we achieve sustainable growth.”
