AWS Electronics Appoints Godwin as Group Quotations Manager

EMS firm AWS Electronics Group has appointed Amelia Godwin as new group quotations manager. Based in the UK and Slovakia, AWS offers electronics manufacturing capabilities in rapid prototyping, PCBAs, cable manufacture and unit assembly, alongside a dedicated maintenance and repair service. Godwin assumes responsibility of the full quotations process for the group, coordinating customer requirements and liaising with suppliers for best strategic pricing.
Godwin previously worked within the automotive security sector as a customer service manager prior to joining AWS Electronics in 2014 as an account manager. Since joining AWS, she has excelled in providing unrivalled customer support, in addition to building a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the entire electronics manufacturing process and AWS operations. Therefore, it comes as a natural next step for her to move from managing the customer service of a select group of customers to managing the quotations Group-wide in a fully forward-facing role.
