ZTEST Electronics Inc. has announced that Steve Smith, a recently appointed director, has been appointed president and CEO of the company to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Ted Drzazga.
Smith brings over 28 years' experience in the capital markets to the management of ZTEST. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto. He is a founder and president of Tangent Management Corp., a financial management firm that provides financial consulting and management services to publicly listed companies. Smith currently sits on the board of directors of Kontrol Energy Corp.
