AirBorn Ranked Top 10 Best Overall Performers by Bishop & Associates

AirBorn Inc. has been named to the Top 10 Best Overall Performers as ranked by customer evaluations in the 2018 Bishop & Associates 2018 survey of US Customers. AirBorn was ranked No. 7 overall by customers who were asked about their experiences with more than 40 electronic connector companies.
Among the evaluations, AirBorn was ranked No. 2 for technical support and was ranked in the Top 5 for inside sales and customer support.
"Quality and customer service are at the very heart of everything we do at AirBorn," CEO Cindy Lewis said. "We pride ourselves not only in the high quality of our interconnects, assemblies, and electronic manufacturing services, but also in the quality of the relationships we build with our customers and the quality of service we deliver day in and day out."
AirBorn also ranked in the Top 10 for overall satisfaction with outside sales reps as well as the Top 10 in the ease of finding connector products on website category.
"For nearly 60 years, AirBorn has worked closely with customers to design, build and deliver ultra-high reliability from our interconnects, assemblies and electronic manufacturing services, and we are grateful that our customers have recognized our efforts in this survey," added the company's Chief Operating Officer Michael Cole.
Bishop & Associates conducts annual surveys among electronic connector industry customers, including OEMs, cable assembly manufacturers, contract manufacturers and distributors. The 2018 survey asked the customer groups above to answer 18 questions about 42 connector manufacturers. Researches collected 396 responses ranging from engineers to buyers and other positions within the customer group.
AirBorn parts can be found on Mars, satellites orbiting earth, commercial airplanes, fighter jets and state-of-the-art military technology deployed around the world. The American manufacturer specializes in highly reliable, mission critical electronic interconnects and assemblies.
