KIC's MB Allen to Present 'Industry 4.0 the Next Industrial Revolution – The Smart Factory'

KIC announced that MB (Marybeth) Allen will present at the SMTA Capital Expo & Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the John Hopkins University/Applied Physics Lab in Laurel, Maryland. Allen will present ‘Industry 4.0 the Next Industrial Revolution – The Smart Factory.’
Topics to be discussed include Industry 4.0, IIoT, IoT, Smart Factory and Made in China 2025. It is all the buzz, but what are these trends? Do they relate to my manufacturing environment? Is this something we must implement? What would the benefit be to my company? How does it all come together? These questions and more will be covered during this presentation that will include an example of ‘Smart Factory’ technology.
MB Allen is the Product Manager for KIC. As such she coordinates the advancement of new products and features to accommodate customer needs as KIC adds to its portfolio for the electronics industry. Her technical expertise, relationships with valued partners and customers, and many years of sales experience aid KIC in the future development, improvement and sales of the company's product offerings. MB has worked in the electronics industry for nearly 30 years and been associated with KIC for 29 years in both national and international positions.
