All Flex has appointed Matt Keithly as its new president and CEO. This process has taken over a year, since the announcement last July that former president Greg Closser wished to retire.
Matt Keithly earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and moved to Minnesota with his family in 2011 to become Vice President-Americas for Control Techniques, which was part of Emerson’s Industrial Automation Group. He spent 25 years with Emerson in various leadership roles in marketing, sales, and general management.
“I’m excited to join the All Flex team and be part of an organization that is focused on delivering value and ensuring customer success,” said Keithly.
Keithly has a customer-oriented leadership approach and experience developing and executing strategies that lead to profitable sales growth. This experience is crucial as All Flex continues to grow and expand its capability offerings.
“I really want the company to do well, but I know that we need someone new for this next stage in the life of All Flex," said Closser. "I am really happy that I am leaving the company with a great team of people, including Matt Keithly, our new president.”
