Zentech’s New Drone Video Highlights Significant Technology Investments
December 7, 2018 | Zentech Manufacturing, Inc.Estimated reading time: 1 minute
EMS firm Zentech Manufacturing Inc. has released a new drone video of its Baltimore HQ location that features its significant investments in technology to support its customers’ increasingly advanced requirements, particularly in the military/aerospace and medical electronics applications.
Among the investments featured in Zentech’s newest drone video are the Aquastorm 200C Cleaning System, the Seica Pilot 4D V8 Flying Probe System, and its advanced conformal coating operations.
The Aquastorm 200C was developed specifically to clean BTC (bottom terminated components) and low-Profile Devices. As Zentech specializes in the manufacture of highly complex, extremely dense PCBs with hundreds of bottom terminated components, the Aquastorm 200C is a welcome upgrade contributing to the company’s continued success in manufacturing mission and life critical electronics.
Featuring vectorless and in-circuit test, programming and functional testing, boundary scan test, medium/high volume capability, the Pilot V8 enhances Zentech’s testing capabilities.
Finally, for acrylic applications, Zentech has developed an automated process for its conformal coating operations. By atomizing the acrylic into very fine, even-sized particles, Zentech can control the acrylic application thicknesses down to 0.1 mil. This atomization process allows for the precise tuning of RF circuit card applications
