Ascentech LLC will be showing GEN3 Systems’ most recent enhancements to its already popular AutoSIR (surface insulation resistance) and AutoCAF (conductor anodic filament) test equipment at IPC APEX EXPO 2019 in booth #2132.
Ever-increasing demands for higher voltage testing capability, longer test durations, and the capability for simultaneous testing at multiple voltages are being imposed by the expanding Automotive Industry and Electric Vehicle development. These are met by the new AutoSIR2+ and AutoCAF2+ systems, whose features include:
- Totally revised software for both instruments
- The ability to simultaneously run 3 different bias voltages
- High Voltage CAF Testing to 1,250V (specific controlled applications)
- Designed to meet the new International Standard published in 2016 with respect to Electric Vehicles (EV’s): ISO PAS 19295:2016(E).
