Naprotek CEO Named Founder of the Week
December 21, 2018 | Naprotek, Inc.Estimated reading time: 1 minute

Naprotek, Inc. has announced that Najat El-Ayi Badriyeh, founder and CEO of Naprotek, Inc., was recognized by DataBird as Founder of the Week.
Last year, female founders received just 2.2 percent of total global venture capital funding, and only 17 percent of all startups have at least one female founder, despite the fact that gender diversity on executive teams correlates with greater profitability and value creation. DataBird was built to identify local industry experts around the world via its machine intelligence platform.
In her recent interview with DataBird, Badriyeh stated, “If there is one thing I can impress upon other female founders, it would be passion! Passion for service; passion for what you do with focus on quality of work. Also, the financial aspect is a key to every successful business. A high percentage of businesses fail in the first five years. It is important to watch your spending and manage your bank account and business decisions to continually reinvest some of the profits back to the organization, to employees and equipment.”
Join more than 34,000 business leaders and C-level executives by getting the latest technology trends, research and interviews from DataBird. As a technology company, DataBird connects decision makers to a dynamic network of industry experts – accurately delivering insights to people around the world.
