Rehm Thermal Systems Welcomes Two New Sales Professionals
January 17, 2019 | Rehm Thermal SystemsEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Julian Klaiber has been the new Head of internal sales at Rehm Thermal Systems since the middle of last year. Christoph Maier will be responsible for the Germany South/East region in future. As central interfaces they keep an eye on customer requirements and individual solutions plus trends in the electronics industry.
For Rehm, the customer relationship does not end with the business transaction. Instead it spans the entire service life of the system. That means the sales team is not simply a point of contact for customers – but also gathers information from knowledge sharing, which flows into future developments.
Julian Klaiber, Head of Internal Sales
Formerly employed by the company Anschütz as a sales team leader, Julian Klaiber is well-versed in the procedures and tasks in this sector. He is now looking forward to interesting tasks and exciting projects at Rehm Thermal Systems: “As a family company Rehm focusses long-term on customer requirements, thus allowing the joint development of new technologies and processes to gain new business sectors such as electromobility,” says Klaiber.
Christoph Maier, Sales Germany South/East (Bavaria)
Christoph Maier has been the new contact partner for sales and customer service in the Germany South/East (Bavaria) region since the start of September. He was convinced by Rehm’s references as an employer and the opportunity to work in sales in such an interesting sector: “I work jointly with customers to realise individual projects – from idea to implementation, right up to the finished product. Regular contact with a close, personal connection is essential to fully satisfy customer requirements. The resulting relationship is the basis for a successful and above all continued partnership,” summarises Maier.
