Techcon plans to exhibit at productronica China, scheduled to take place March 20-22, 2019 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The company will showcase its TSR2000 Smart Dispensing Robots, TS5000DMP-DCX Valve and TS570R Smart Auger Valve Controller in hall E2, booth #2508.

TSR2000 Series Smart Dispensing Robots are designed specifically for precise fluid dispensing applications and are compatible with all valve types and controllers. The user-friendly, smart PC based software make the robots easy to program and simple to operate.

Techcon’s patented Disposable Material Path (DMP) valve contains a disposable feed screw for easy maintenance and reliable dispensing. With the feed screw made of Delrin®, the valve is designed for use with two-compound and UV fluids.
The TS570R is a Smart Auger Valve Controller capable of controlling all Techcon TS5000 series and TS7000 series auger valves. With a universal power supply, it is a fully ‘plug and play' system and can be used immediately, anywhere in the world.
The TS570R Smart auger valve controller features an intuitive touch screen interface for easy setup and operation. Dispensing parameters can be precisely configured directly on the touch screen or remotely through the networking options.
First in its class, the TS570R is equipped with Ethernet and WiFi interfaces that allow users to configure the exact parameters and monitor and control the process from anywhere in the world. This feature complies with Smart Factory requirements of Industry 4.0.
Company representatives also will show Techcon’s line of consumables, which includes dispensing tips, syringes, cartridges and nozzles.
