PVA Highlights Jet Coating and Meter-Mix Dispensing System at SMTA Atlanta

PVA will exhibit at the SMTA Atlanta Expo, scheduled to take place Thursday, April 11, 2019 at the Atlanta Technology Park in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Company representatives will discuss PVA’s Jet Coating and meter-mix dispensing system.
PVA’s MX4000 Gear Pump Meter-Mix Dispensing System is a robust system designed to control non-abrasive meter-mix dispensing applications such as potting and encapsulation, conformal coating, form in place gasketing, laminating, sealing, and adhesive/assembly operations. Used in automotive, electronics, solar & wind energy, aerospace, and other industries, the gear pump processes a wide range of adhesives and sealants while providing continuous material flow with no recharging necessary.
For repeatability and dispense volume accuracy, closed-loop servo drives enable the operator to program the mix ratio, shot size, flow rate, pressure control, vacuum degas, recirculation and auto purge functions using a menu-driven HMI.
Also included with the system are these integrated features; continuous pulse-free flow, high-pressure capability up to 4000 psi, wide viscosity range to 3 million cps, and superior resolution as pumps are sized to each requirement — all allowing the system to be customized to specific applications.
