Lite-On Technology has reported consolidated revenues of NT$14.71 billion ($476.6 million) for March, up by 35% month-on-month but down by 10% year-on-year. Thanks to stable demand from core businesses, cumulative sales for January to March totaled NT$41.19 billion ($1.33 billion).
Lite-On’s opto-electronics business segment contributed a 16% share of total sales, of which, vehicle LED lighting posted a consecutive yearly growth.
The IT business segment, which accounted for 67% of sales, achieved a 6% YoY growth, mainly driven by shipment of high-end server and networking power management systems for cloud computing, server enclosures and power supplies for AI smart home devices. Meanwhile, the storage segment accounted for 12% of total revenue.
