Lindsay Goldberg to Acquire Creation Technologies

Creation Technologies LP and Lindsay Goldberg, a private investment firm that focuses on partnering with families, founders and management teams seeking to actively build their businesses, today announced an agreement under which Lindsay Goldberg will acquire Creation, a global leader in creating transformative design and manufacturing solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), from Birch Hill Equity Partners and other equity holders.

Founded in 1991, Creation employs approximately 3,000 people across the USA, Canada, Mexico and China. Creation provides its OEM customers across a wide range of industries with product development and engineering, rapid prototyping, design for supply chain, manufacturing, integration and fulfillment and logistics and after-market services.
The transaction is to be completed by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia. Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including court, shareholder approvals, and applicable regulatory approvals.
