PVA to Show Delta 8 Selective Coating/Dispensing System at NEPCON Asia

PVA has announced that its distributor Kasion Automation Ltd. will exhibit in stand #1J45 at NEPCON Asia, scheduled to take place August 28-30, 2019 at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. The company will showcase the Delta 8 selective coating/dispensing system and MR2 Metered Rod Dispenser.
Designed for multiple applications, the Delta 8 System is flexible beyond conformal coating and will be shown with MR2 highlighting the Delta 8’s fluid dispensing capabilities. The MR2 is a versatile servo-controlled rod dispenser for processing single or dual component chemistries requiring a high level of dosing accuracy.
Utilizing a volumetric displacement concept, the MR2 is capable of processing a wide range of chemistries, including viscous filled or abrasive materials, without concern to slight material changes from batch-to-batch or due to atmospheric conditions. This results in a more accurate dispensing process for difficult to process chemistries.
Experts from PVA will be on hand to answer questions about coating and dispensing, as well as other application solutions in the PVA line-up such as coating inspection, optical bonding and curing ovens.
