PVA to Show Delta 8 with 4th Axis for Conformal Coating at productronica India

PVA has announced that its distributor Maxim SMT will exhibit in Stand PE01 at productronica India, scheduled to take place September 25-27, 2019 at Greater Noida, in Delhi NCR, India. The company will showcase the Delta 8 four-axis conformal coating machine with a FCS300-ES and FC100.
The Delta 8 will be shown with the patented 4th axis for conformal coating. The optional servo-controlled four-axis motion features valve tilt and rotation. Improved structural and gantry rigidity have been added for robustness and easier access. Delta 8 has a maximum acceleration of 0.5g and a footprint 1046 x 1270 mm x 2350.9 mm (41.18″ x 50.0″ x 92.56″).
The FCS300-ES Extended Spray Valve provides a repeatable, concentrated coating film in a fine, circular pattern with widths ranging from 0.125″ to 0.5″.
The FC100 is a versatile, high pressure dispensing valve for single-component bead, dot, potting, or encapsulation projects.
Experts from PVA will be on hand to answer questions about coating and dispensing, as well as other application solutions in the PVA line-up such as coating inspection, optical bonding and curing ovens.
