MacDermid Alpha Experts to Participate in SMTA Additive Electronics Conference

Three experts from MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a world leader in the production of specialty chemistries, and electronic soldering and bonding materials, will deliver two papers and moderate sessions at the SMTA Additive Electronics Conference: PCB Scale to IC Scale to be held Thursday, October 24, 2019 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, San Jose, California.
MacDermid Alpha will deliver two papers focusing on its innovative materials and process technologies which exemplify the conference’s theme of advanced new technologies intended to meet the demands for smaller, more powerful electronic devices. Rahul Raut, Director, Strategy & Technology Acquisition, will present “Enabling Printed Electronics through Novel Materials, Low-Temperature Processes and Substrate Compatibility”. Bawa Singh, Vice President of Technology and Corporate Development, will present “Novel Materials and Assembly Processes for Next Generation Integrated, 3D Circuits and Structures”.
