EMS Industry Veterans Rob DeBack and Brian Jacobsen Join Intervala Business Development Team

Intervala, LLC, a full-service manufacturer of high-reliability, precision electronic and electromechanical products, announced today that Rob DeBack and Brian Jacobsen have joined the Company’s business development team. DeBack and Jacobsen are responsible for expanding the Company’s customer base within the industrial, medical, transportation and other select markets. Their careers in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry span more than 50 years combined.
DeBack is focused on business development activity in the Midwest region of the United States. He joined Intervala following a 26-year career supporting new business development within various business units of Ducommun Incorporated, a global provider of innovative manufacturing solutions for customers in the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. He most recently served as strategic customer director for Ducommun, responsible for developing, growing and managing key accounts. DeBack holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Carroll University.
Jacobsen is responsible for developing new customers in the Southeast region of the U.S. He joined Intervala from i3 Electronics, Inc., a vertically integrated provider of high-performance electronic solutions, where he served as director of sales. During his 27-year career in the electronics industry, Jacobsen has held business development, sales, estimating and distribution positions with Southeastern Sales RF LC, RFMW Ltd., the former Tyco Electronics M/A-COM, and ENSER Corp. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business studies from the University of Phoenix and associate degrees in applied science from the Community College of the Air Force and SUNY Morrisville.
