Inovar Strengthens Executive Leadership Team by Appointing Aerospace & Defense Industry Veteran Gregory Bradfield

Inovar, Inc., a full-service Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, is proud to announce that Gregory Bradfield has joined their executive leadership team as President of the Logan Division focusing on Aerospace & Defense.
Mr. Bradfield is joining Inovar from the L3 Harris Corporation, where he held roles as Vice President of Operations for the Communication Systems Segment and Vice President and Ethics Officer of the Communication Systems-West Sector since 2014. Prior to L3 Harris, he served in various leadership roles at Raytheon, Boeing, Applied Materials and Austin Semiconductor in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Program Management and Manufacturing over the course of his successful 25-year career.
Bradfield brings great expertise and insights in executive leadership, product quality, customer relationship management, supply management and electronics manufacturing. His experience in working with defense prime contractors across numerous naval, air, land and space platforms will help support Inovar on its journey for excellence in customer satisfaction and profitable growth.
As Inovar’s newest senior leader, Bradfield’s primary objectives will be to lead the division operations, assure customer satisfaction through the on-time delivery of high-quality products and services, and help the company grow and innovate. Bradfield stated, “I am very excited to be a part of the Inovar family. In my experience with Inovar as a customer, I have watched the company become one of the premier EMS partners in the aerospace and defense marketplace, and I look forward to seeing what we can further improve to help our customers and shareholders be successful.”
