Inovar Strengthens Senior Leadership With Aerospace & Defense Industry Veteran Joe Barber

Inovar, Inc., a full-service Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, is proud to announce that Joe Barber has joined their senior leadership team as Chief Engineer of the Logan Aerospace & Defense division.
Mr. Barber joins Inovar from Raytheon Corporation, where he held senior technical and leadership roles in the electrical systems engineering and manufacturing organizations over a highly distinguished 40-year career. He was instrumental in the design, construction and operation of state-of-the-art EMS factories around the world for Raytheon Corporation.
Barber brings great expertise and insights in the design, manufacture and test of electronic assemblies, strong business acumen, and key insights into the Aerospace & Defense market. His experience in working with defense prime contractors across numerous naval, air, land and space platforms will help support Inovar on its journey for excellence in customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

As part of the division’s senior leadership team, Barber’s primary objectives will be to partner with customers to develop technical and manufacturing solutions to support business growth. He will further strengthen Inovar’s engineering and manufacturing in-house capabilities through the benefit of his subject matter expertise in electronic design and manufacturing.
