Amphenol Announces Second Quarter 2020 Dividend Payment

Amphenol Corporation announced today that its Board of Directors approved the second quarter 2020 dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $.25 per share at its meeting held on April 29, 2020. The Company will pay this second quarter 2020 dividend on July 8, 2020 to shareholders of record as of June 16, 2020.
