Yamaha Motor Europe SMT Section has setup an online demonstration room at its head office in Neuss, Germany, enabling visitors located anywhere in Europe to discover new technologies and solutions by connecting from their desktops. In addition, Yamaha has launched its Cloud Service to enhance remote support for equipment in the field, helping customers maximize productivity.
The online demonstrations are arranged individually on request and presented in high-quality video. The content can be tailored to meet specific requirements and two-way interaction allows real-time Q&A with Yamaha’s product and engineering specialists.
Flexible presentation formats can include sales demonstrations, new-product introductions, and tailored technical training sessions. Appointments can be made by contacting any local Yamaha representative or sales agent.
“Our new connected demo room allows us to present exciting new technologies and solutions to the market as well as extending the range of support services we can offer for customers,” said Mr. Ryosuke Nakamura, Branch Manager of Yamaha Motor Europe Robotics. “These state-of-the-art online facilities will deliver tangible benefits for customers, including faster training, greater uptime and increased productivity.”
