BTU to Participate in SEMICON West Virtual Event

BTU International, Inc., a leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment for the electronics manufacturing market, will participate in the SEMICON West Virtual Event in its parent company, Amtech Systems, Inc.’s virtual booth. The event will feature live exhibits and programs from July 20 -23 with continual 24/7 access to all programs and exhibitors for an additional 60 days.
“Turning the show into an on-line event allows us to connect with our customers in a safe manner,” said Bob Bouchard, corporate marketing manager for BTU. “During the live exhibit hours, our representatives will be ready to interact with visitors to discuss BTU’s latest product developments. Amtech’s virtual booth also will feature BTU’s sister divisions and together we are excited being part of Amtech’s strategy that will bring leading-edge innovation to the power semiconductor and silicon carbide markets.”
