ICM Controls Names New President and CEO to Lead Company Into Next Phase of Growth

The Board of Directors of ICM Controls Corporation, the North Syracuse-based HVAC/R and custom control manufacturer, has named Joseph R. Bonacci the company’s President & Chief Executive Officer. Bonacci brings over 20+ years of leadership experience as both an executive and business owner. He joins ICM from Highfield Enterprises, a global telemarketing and call center, where he was CEO. Prior to Highfield, Mr. Bonacci was President and Owner of Excel Wholesale, a grocery and consumer staple wholesale and distribution company. In his new role, Mr. Bonacci will continue to serve as Chairman of ICM Controls’ Board of Directors, where he has played an active role since 2019. Mr. Bonacci is very familiar with the strategic and operational functions of ICM’s business and will have an immediate impact on business.

As part of ICM leadership changes, Zachary Kadah has been promoted to Vice President. Kadah has been with ICM since 2009 in a variety of capacities, most recently as OEM National Sales Manager. In his new VP role, Zach’s primary focus will be exercising his entrepreneurial ambition through driving revenue increases and all revenue related functions, including shipping deliverables and business development.
