Insituware Hires Director of Customer Experience

Insituware LLC, the provider of the first smart in situ measurement solution with integrated machine learning technology, today announced the appointment of Jeanne R. Nevelos to Director of Customer Experience. Nevelos was hired under Insituware’s parent company, Systems Innovation Engineering (SIE). Ms. Nevelos will build and develop relationships with the company’s clients and university research partners as well as oversee its operations.

Prior to SIE, she was with Rowan University in a technology and economic development role as Managing Director of Rowan Innovations and Executive Director of the South Jersey Technology Park, a research center and facility for entrepreneurial companies in the life sciences, technology and defense sectors.
Previously Ms. Nevelos was hired by former Pennsylvania Governor Mark Schweiker as the founding employee of Select Greater Philadelphia, the tri-state regional business marketing arm of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia. As Chief Development Officer she was responsible for raising $16 million to fund and launch the organization and then served as its Vice President, Business Expansion Services, leading the business attraction effort to help companies locate operations in Greater Philadelphia.
Prior to her work with Select, Ms. Nevelos spent more than 10 years in the banking industry, serving as a Vice President at Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) in corporate lending and relationship management positions for clients in the financial services industry, as well as in marketing and strategic planning roles. She has an M.B.A. from Temple University and a B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
