BTU Promotes Rob DiMatteo to Director of Sales – Americas

BTU International, Inc., a leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment for the electronics manufacturing market, today announced the promotion of Rob DiMatteo to the position of Director of Sales – Americas.
In his new role, DiMatteo is tasked with driving BTU’s sales efforts in the Americas by developing new customers and maximizing sales within the existing customer base. Additionally, DiMatteo will play a more active role in defining winning strategies for BTU’s market opportunities and optimizing the sales channels in the Americas.
“Rob’s many years of sales experience gives him in-depth understanding of our products and our customers’ needs,” said Peter Tallian, general manager of BTU. “He truly cares about what goes on at the customer’s site and the customer can count on Rob’s responsiveness to any request.”
DiMatteo has more than 28 years of extensive experience in surface mount assembly, customer support and product development. He has authored numerous published articles, and presented at technical seminars and conferences around the world.
