1 Click SMT Introduces New Selective Soldering System for High-Volume Production
December 17, 2020 | 1 Click SMT Technology Co., ltd.Estimated reading time: 1 minute
1 Click SMT Technology Co., ltd. is pleased to introduce its new Ant-i2 offline selective soldering machine. The Ant-i2 offline selective soldering machine is designed for high-volume offline production for small boards, good flexibility for big boards and provides a competitive machine cost.
The Ant-i2 includes two drop jet fluxers, a bottom preheating zone and optional top preheating zone, and one solder pot with two individual selective wave tunnels.
It can handle two max 350 x 215 mm boards at the same time, doubling production capacity for high-volume offline production. If only uses one fluxer/one solder nozzle and can handle max 350 x 450 mm, high flexibility for big board.
The Ant-i2 comes with software based on the Windows 10 operating system for easy programming and good traceability, live on-camera viewing of the soldering process, auto wave height calibration, one-button flux nozzle auto cleaning function, N2 closed-loop heat-up, flux level alarm, solder level alarm and more as standard. Optional features include N2 purity monitoring, N2 flow monitoring, flux quantity monitoring, and more.
The 1 Click SMT Ant-i2 enables customers to reduce assembly time by eliminating hand soldering, and most importantly, maintain perfect soldering quality.
1 Click SMT is a machine manufacturing and distribution company. The company provides customers one-stop SMT solutions, with China’s 30 years of electronics industry experience, benefiting worldwide customers with quality products at a competitive price.

12/23/2024 | I-Connect007 Editorial TeamChapter 5 introduces the advantages of using low-temperature soldering for through-hole components, including cost efficiency, reliability improvement, and reduced warpage. Also covered: the evaluation of different fluxes and the performance of HRL3 in wave soldering and selective soldering processes.
Overview of Soldering Systems With Vacuum
12/18/2024 | Dr. Paul Wild, Rehm Thermal Systems GmbHWhen soldering electronic assemblies, the focus of the vacuum application is on the removal of volatile substances from the solder joints and the associated reduction of pore formation. Particularly in the thermal management of power electronics components, pores can cause so-called hotspots with higher temperatures due to their poor heat conduction. These hotspots can lead to overheating of the components on the one hand and to thermally induced destruction of the solder structure on the other.
