Jaltek is delighted to announce Mark Henson has joined the team as Operations Project Manager.
Mark joins Jaltek to lead the implementation of a new ERP system. The new system has many features which will help improve efficiency and enhance Jaltek’s ability to support our clients.
Mark graduated from Leeds with a First-Class Honours degree in Manufacturing Engineering, and has lead operations as diverse as brewing beer to armoured vehicle production.
Before joining Jaltek, Mark was UK Head of Operations for a global manufacturing PLC where he streamlined processes, using enterprise software to analyse and improve business behaviour, in turn improving efficiency and customer service.
With over twenty years experience working in manufacturing, Mark cites his passion for metrics and working in multidisciplinary teams as a winning formula for success.
Outside of the day job, Mark is passionate about design and creativity, and when he’s not making his own furniture, can be found adding the ‘finishing touches’ to his latest property project on the edge of the Peak District where he lives with his wife and daughter Madeleine.
