Criteria Labs, an industry leader in high performance RF space components and semiconductor solutions recently unveiled its latest products for demanding military and space applications. Criteria Labs’ Gain Blocks, GaN Power Amplifiers, Multi-Chip-Modules, and Solid-State Power Amplifiers are built to function in harsh environments. The newly released products can be leveraged in a multitude of high reliability RF space electronic systems.
“Criteria Labs is excited to introduce new space qualified RF packages that can operate under the most severe conditions,” said Doug Myron, President of Criteria Labs. “We recently delivered flight parts that were launched into space and we couldn’t be prouder of our team for helping us achieve this important milestone.”
For multi die solutions or Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMA), Criteria Labs can implement advanced technologies to achieve designs that operate at frequencies up to 67 GHz. The Criteria Labs RF Engineering team can assist in designing printed circuit boards, matching RF transitions, packaging design, 3D EM simulation of RF IO, and test strategy development. The Criteria Labs Manufacturing team can determine the optimum assembly process, and procure all of the required materials for assembly in a class 100 clean room.
Criteria Labs achieved tremendous success in 2020, highlighted by a 30 percent increase in orders. Surpassing milestones set in previous years, Criteria Labs has achieved growth in employee headcount, service offerings, and industry partnerships.

It’s the stark reality defense planners are beginning to confront as space transitions from a support domain to a full-spectrum warfighting environment. For decades, the United States held an uncontested advantage in space, relying on exquisite, few, and highly capable systems to enable precision warfare, real-time intelligence, and global communications. Today, that edge is under siege.
