April 13, 2021 | BMKEstimated reading time: 1 minute

Andreas Schneider has been appointed Business Manager of Sales at BMK effective April 01, 2021. He will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the BMK business units.
With the appointment of Andreas Schneider to the management board, BMK strengthens its management organization. As an experienced sales professional who is well connected in the EMS industry, he ensures BMK’s consistent and individual customer focus.
"With this new appointment to the management board, we are strategically preparing ourselves for the future." confirms Alois Knöferle, Co-founder and Managing Director of BMK.
After completing his master's degree in industrial engineering, Andreas Schneider worked in strategic purchasing at MAN Truck & Bus. Since 2014 he has been working at BMK in sales. After two years as a sales team leader, he successfully managed a business unit (BU) for five years and has been steadily improving and expanding it since then.
BMK's business unit concept puts a central focus on the customer. End-to-end order management and the ability to make quick decisions shorten the time-to-market for customers' products.
Andreas Schneider emphasizes, "I am looking forward to the new challenges. Speed is becoming ever more crucial for our customers. By consistently aligning the organization to individual customer needs, we are creating a sustainable competitive advantage and making a difference."
