PVA Names Jaime Erickson as Director of Operations
May 12, 2021 | PVAEstimated reading time: 1 minute

PVA, a global supplier of automated dispensing and coating equipment, announced the addition of an Operations Department tasked with bridging multiple departments to ensure the company is providing its customers superior products and services that exceed their expectations in terms of delivery and quality.
Jaime Erickson will be leading this department and is assuming the role of Director of Operations. This promotion is well-deserved and recognizes Ms. Erickson’s contributions in successfully helping PVA customers meet their delivery requirements. Erickson will continue to maintain all current responsibilities.
Erickson joined the PVA team four years ago as Customer Success Coordinator, as the main point of contact between the customer and PVA after the sale to the point of shipment. She managed all required customer deliverables and project schedules.
Erickson has more than 20 years of experience electronics manufacturing. She worked as a Program Manager on projects including the US Defense and heavy industrial manufacturing segments.
As part of Erickson’s move, the Applications Lab, led by Group Manager Matt Lilla, will move from the Sales Department to the Operations Department. This move allows Lilla and the applications team to work seamlessly with the runoff group, permitting greater resource flexibility in each individual area.
