Omega EMS Acquires TeckQuest, Forms Subsidiary: Omega Green Power Corp (OGPC)

“I am pleased to announce our recent acquisition of TeckQuest and the formation of Omega Green Power Corporation (OGPC),” stated Chris Alessio, CEO of the Omega portfolio. “TeckQuest is a leading-edge energy storage solutions company founded by Aakar Patel in 2013. We are proud to introduce OGPC to the industry and excited to enter the expansive world of green power solutions. There will be several more press releases to come in the very near future regarding product solutions, service offerings, and exciting new partnerships….stay tuned."
OGPC is located within the facilities of Omega EMS in San Jose, CA and will leverage the existing Omega EMS expansive infrastructure and service platform which includes product design, materials & manufacturing solutions, and forward/reverse logistics flows. Omega holds key certifications including ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100, ESD2020 and ITAR.

My vast experience in energy management, which spans 3 decades, coupled with the engineering and manufacturing prowess of Omega EMS will help propel OGPC into the forefront of power storage solutions in short order”, stated Aakar Patel. “We will hit the ground running with leading edge Home Energy Systems and soon to be announced key alliance partners that will allow competitive advantage for OGPC and a quick growth curve”.
