Andrew Williams Joins Libra Industries as Senior VP of Business Development

Libra Industries, a privately-held systems integration and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, Libra Industries, a privately-held systems integration and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, announced the appointment of Andrew Williams to Senior Vice President of Business Development. Williams will oversee all aspects of business development across all of Libra Industries’ business, including sales, account management, marketing and overall commercial strategy. Williams will report directly to Jim Kircher, CEO.
Williams has more 30 years of experience in business development in the contract manufacturing industry. He brings with him a long track record of crafting and executing business development strategy, managing complex customer engagements and delivering high value to clients. Prior to joining Libra, Williams held executive positions at Jabil, Sanmina and Kimball Electronics. In each of these roles, he has managed sizable portfolios of global business made up primarily of Fortune 500 customers.
Williams’ education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College. He is a Certified Net Promoter Associate with extensive continuing education in the areas of finance, negotiation and executive leadership.
Outside of work, Williams is an avid outdoorsman. He and his fiancé Becca enjoy managing their farm in Ashland, AL.
