LITEON Technology Reports 9% YoY Sales Growth in November

LITEON Technology (2301-tw) reported its November consolidated revenue of NT$14.92 billion, up 2% M-o-M, hitting a record monthly revenue in 2021; up 9% Y-o-Y, excluding Silitech, which would not be consolidated into LITEON’s financial report starting from 2021. Thanks to the solid demand from its core business, cumulative sales for January to November totaled NT$149.77 billion, up 9% Y-o-Y.
Opto-electronics business contributed a 19% share of total sales, of which, the ongoing demand growth from LED components driven by photocouplers and sensor modules used in 5G, AIoT and green energy applications, coupled with the smooth delivery of high-end Mini LED, Opto-electronics business posted a yearly growth of 6%.
Cloud & AIoT business contributed a 28% share of sales. Thanks to delivery growth from high-end datacenter server and networking power management systems for cloud computing, and high-end sever enclosures, Cloud & AIoT posted a growth of 10% Y-o-Y.
Information Technology & Consumer Electronics business accounted for 53% of sales, of which, the demand growth from Notebook PC power adapters and gaming power supplies, as well as keyboards and mice, coupled with smooth delivery of laser models of multi-function peripherals, supported Information Technology & Consumer Electronics a yearly growth of 5%.
