Hardly any economic topic is as explosive as the area of energy. Regardless of whether it is a matter of competitiveness, social responsibility or cost savings: managing one's own energy requirements is one of the most necessary and at the same time most exciting challenges for every company today.
By disclosing its own environmental data to the CDP in 2021, Rehm Thermal Systems GmbH has demonstrated its commitment to corporate environmental transparency and thus made an important contribution to driving ecological change.

The energy concept of the company from Blaubeuren - Seissen in the Swabian Alb combines efficient technologies and know-how with the requirements of a modern manufacturing company.
Tradition meets globalisation - with raw materials from suppliers in the region, Rehm Thermal Systems produces energy-efficient manufacturing equipment that has successfully established itself on the world market. Low material consumption, reliable recycling of recyclable materials as well as short transport routes through a production facility in Germany for the European market and another production site in China for the Asian market form the basis of the energy concept. This is the basis for high-quality, durable plants with low energy consumption and minimal emissions. This commitment benefits not only the environment, but also the customer!
Certified quality
Rehm Thermal Systems and its subsidiary Rehm BlechTec have been regularly certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2004. We also plan and design all machines to be CE-compliant in accordance with machinery directives. We are regularly certified in the energy audit according to DIN EN 16247-1 and have now set another milestone towards climate neutrality with the introduction of the environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015.
Transparency in environmental matters - Rehm Thermal Systems is a member of the CDP
Rehm Thermal Systems GmbH discloses its impact on climate change and/or forests and/or water security through CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project), a global non-profit organisation that operates the world's leading platform for analysing and publishing environmental data. CDP drives companies and governments to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, secure water resources and protect forests. In 2021, more than 13,000 companies with over 64% of global market capitalisation made environmental data transparent through CDP. In addition, more than 1,100 cities, states and regions have contributed their data. This makes the CDP platform one of the richest sources of information worldwide on how companies and governments are driving environmental change.
